Instructions on taking photos:

Step 1: Take a picture of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) located on the driver side lower corner of the front windshield.  Please make sure all of the numbers and letters are visible.  There also is a tag located on the inside of the driver door.  (Please refer to example picture below)

Step 2: Capture the corners of the vehicle on the side that the damage is located on.  (Example: If damage is on the front driver side door take a picture of the entire driver side at an angle starting at the headlight.)

Step 3: Capture damaged areas in their entirety.  This is best done with a close up shot (3-4 feet) and one further away (6-8 feet).

NOTE: All estimates are based on visual damage only and may be subject to change.

Please supply all requested information, and be sure to take a clear picture of the rear of vehicle including any and all emblems and badges.

What info must be included!

• Year, make, model
• Vehicle Identification number (VIN) (17 digit number on drivers door pillar or seen through windshield drivers side near dashboard.
